All Teddy Bears sold by Saint’s Teddy Bear
Company are recommended for children over the age
of three.

All orders are accepted subject to the following
terms and conditions. Any variations or additions
imposed by the buyer must be agreed to in writing
by the management of This Saint’s Teddy Bear
Company.

Prices
quoted are in US dollars. For all deliveries freight
cost is additional, unless otherwise notified in
writing.

Prices
quoted are subject to change in factory prices and
freight rates of delivery.

Orders
may not be cancelled or reduced unless agreed in
writing by Saint’s Teddy Bear Company.

We
will work our hardest to arrange the fastest possible
delivery, but cannot accept responsibility for late
delivery. Late delivery will not entitle the buyer
to cancel or refuse delivery of the order.

No
claim for shortages, wrong delivery or any other
claim will be accepted unless notice is received
within 14 days of receipt of the goods by the buyer
.

Saint’s
Teddy Bear Company’s liability shall not exceed
the invoice value for any damaged or defective items.

All
orders are subject to final acceptance by the management
of this company and may be refused for financial
or any other reason.

Customer
will be responsible for freight on any return items.

Saint’s Teddy Bear Company will do its best
to supply all accepted orders, but takes no responsibility
for any inability to supply.

Returned Checks will be charged an accounting fee
of $20.00 per entry.

All
prices quoted by us are subject to the addition
of delivery charges, an extra charge will be mandated
for orders delivered by us to overseas destinations.
